KEYPAD HMIs

KEYPAD HMIs

  1. Uses alphanumeric keypad or numeric keypad for input, offering ease of use for basic configuration and control tasks.
  2. LED or LCD displays provide a clear and concise interface for monitoring operational parameters like temperature, pressure, humidity, and alarm statuses.
  3. Tactile feedback buttons ensure durability in rugged environments (e.g., cold storage rooms, industrial facilities).
  4. Provides real-time visualization of parameters (temperature, humidity, operational mode) and status indicators.
  5. Allows for manual adjustments, setpoint changes, and on/off switching of systems and components directly from the HMI.
  6. Features integrated alarm notifications (visual or audible) to alert operators of any fault or abnormal condition (e.g., high/low temperatures, sensor failures).
  7. The HMI provides error codes, making troubleshooting easier.
  8. Menu-driven navigation for quick access to system settings, diagnostics, and operational parameters.
  9. Communication protocols such as Modbus RTU, BACnet, and RS485 are commonly supported for integration with other controllers or centralized management systems.

  1. Offers higher resolution LCDs for detailed display, especially in refrigeration control systems.
  2. Provide simpler LED-based displays for easier readability and better resistance to temperature extremes.
  3. The keypad and display setup is simple to navigate, reducing training time for operators.
  4. Operators can easily set and adjust operational parameters (temperature, pressure, etc.) directly from the keypad.
